Truffle Sauce of Rustichella d'Abruzzo is produced through an innovative production process that does not require pasteurization and enhances the quality of the ingredients: only the highest quality Molise truffle and Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area are used. This makes it the perfect condiment for various types of Rustichella d'Abruzzo bronze-drawn pasta, as well as for main courses like beef fillet, frittata, or more complex dishes like béchamel or cream sauce.
