Orders

Il Grappolo di De Gregorio Maria, VAT No. 05546511212, is an online store that complies with current e-commerce regulations.
For every order placed, Enoteca Il Grappolo issues an invoice for the shipped items via email to the name specified on the order, pursuant to Art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of order will be used for the invoice.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Enoteca Il Grappolo via email, sent to the email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation message will include all the data entered by the customer, who is required to verify its accuracy and promptly report any corrections.
By placing an order on the Enoteca Il Grappolo website, the customer declares to have read and accepted the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, and the entire purchase procedure.
In accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via email, all necessary information for identifying the seller, which must be retained along with the email confirming the contract acceptance.

Payment Methods

Purchases made on Enoteca Il Grappolo are safe and guaranteed, and can be completed in several ways:

1. Payment via bank transfer in advance

In the case of payment via bank transfer, the order will be processed only after confirmation of the payment has been received from the bank.
Payment must be made within 7 days from the order date. If not, the order will be automatically canceled.
The transfer reason must include the order number, order date, and the full name of the customer.

2. Payment by credit card
