Champagne Charles Heidsieck Rosè Réserve

Charles Heidsieck’s Rosé Réserve Champagne is made from 80% wines of the same vintage, equally divided between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, and 20% reserve wines, composed of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, including 5–6% of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. It undergoes 48 months of bottle aging before disgorgement.

In the glass, it shows a delicate antique gold color with copper highlights. On the nose, it reveals notes of red berries, peach, and gingerbread. On the palate, it has good structure, with a fine and persistent perlage and subtle notes of pastry cream. Ideal for pairing with fish dishes, fried foods, and risottos.
