Champagne Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve

Charles Heidsieck’s Brut Réserve Champagne is made from 60% wines of the same vintage, equally divided between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, and 40% reserve wines, composed of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It ages for 36 months in the bottle before disgorgement. This long maturation gives it structure and character, making it the flagship product of the maison. This Champagne reveals an intense bouquet with prominent notes of brioche, cocoa, and fine pastries, accompanied by delicate hints of undergrowth and white fruit. With its fine and persistent perlage, it is fresh on the palate, showing good minerality and a finish marked by notes of almond, pineapple, and candied fruit. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood and shellfish risottos.
