Tignanello - Marchesi Antinori

Tignanello was born in 1971 and was the first Sangiovese to be aged in barrique, still today, it remains an iconic wine. Deep ruby red with purple highlights, it reveals on the nose aromas of cherry, ripe sour cherry, and pomegranate, accompanied by violet scents and balsamic nuances. On the palate, sweet tannins give it structure and persistence, with a long finish enriched by sweet notes of powdered sugar, vanilla, and blue flowers.
