Cenito Aglianico - Luigi Maffini

Cenito is a red wine made from Aglianico grapes, aged in second- and third-passage oak barriques. It has a ruby red color with violet highlights. On the nose, it reveals notes of cherries, blackcurrant jam, tobacco, and chocolate. On the palate, it is smooth with spicy undertones, and finishes fresh and persistent. Ideal for pairing with aged cheeses, red meats, and ragù.
