Caudium Aglianico Beneventano - Masseria Frattasi

Caudium, made from Aglianico grapes and aged in barriques for 9 months, presents an intense red color with brick hues. On the nose, it releases notes of wild blackberries, blueberries, and ripe plums. On the palate, it is dense and persistent, with a finish of small red fruit notes. It is ideal for pairing with red meats and first courses such as Neapolitan Genovese.
